Dr. DouglasĀ served as aĀ Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Douglas has worked in the field of mental health since 2008. Dr. Douglas earned her PhD at the San Diego State University/University of California, San Diego Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Douglas completed her internship training at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System where she specialized in PTSD and behavioral medicine. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine.
In addition to her private practice Dr. DouglasĀ provides education, customizable speaking engagements, and executive coaching for high functioning perfectionist executives looking to break away from patterns that keep them caught "in the weeds" and allow her clients to find balance and ease in the workplace.Ā
