Mental Wellness through Positive Communication at Work

Employees often do not feel comfortable asking for their needs to be met.

Creating an inclusive space increases employee morale and synergy between IC's and managers.

- Dr. Jen Douglas

ANTI-BURNOUT WORKSHOPS:

With perfectionism rampant in the corporate world, employees are often not comfortable opening up to managers regarding burn out leading to burn out being at an all time high.

This issue often leads to employees quitting without warning. Many industries have had to acclimate to employee tenures of 18 months or less due to psychological burnout.

How can Dr. Douglas help?

Dr. Douglas helps individuals learn how to ask for what they need - she gives employees and managers the tools to face these dilemmas head on. Her workshops are designed to be inclusive for underrepresented groups including LGBQ+, BIPOC, and gender diverse individuals.
